Adults Confidence Building Class

Whether it’s delivering a presentation at work, starting a new job or going out for drinks with a group of friends, self confidence affects all aspects of our lives. This class is for anyone who wants to break out of their shell, say good-bye to their inhibitions and push their personal limits all while having fun!

The MG Class:

During this hour and a half class you will participate in fun improvisation activities designed to challenge you and take you out of your comfort zone. Activities that require team work and effective communication will feature strongly in the course. The film and TV aspect of the studio will also be incorporated into the sessions as you workshop simple scenes and record them on camera.

During the classes you can expect to:

Have fun participating in improvisation games
Build public speaking skills in a safe and supportive environment
Further develop team work and communication skills
Learn how to feel comfortable being yourself in front of others
Perform some scenes and role play scenarios on camera
